Voting Rules: The Turkish Proposals

We agree with the following rules:
- You must be a citizen of over 12
- Vote by secret ballot
- You need the majority of votes
- You need to campaign

We propose one more rule:
- In case of equality in the number of votes, a second election is organised only for the candidates in question.
